Return Policy – Purliearth

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agree to these terms at the time of purchase.

 

Returns

Return Window:
You have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

Conditions:
Returned products must be in the same condition you received them: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. For hygiene-related items, the product must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

 

Exclusions:
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include items such as underwear, lingerie, hosiery, and specific personal care products.

 

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at info@purliearth.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo of the product (if the item arrived damaged)
  • Your contact details

Refunds

Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account first. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@purliearth.com.

Costs

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. Returns must be sent to our processing facility outside the EU, and return shipping costs typically start at €15. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the issue occurs a second time, you will receive a full refund.

Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed due to our automated processing system.
